Tenancy Agreement

Having a tenancy agreement is vital. It is important to read through the tenancy agreement and make sure you understand and agree with the terms and conditions.  

If the tenancy agreement does not cover any specific requirements which you have, we can amend the tenancy agreement as necessary; as long as any amendments are fair and reasonable.  Once approved and signed by you the landlord, we will then ask the tenant to initial each page, and sign and date as appropriate.
