On the tenancy start date we will meet you, the tenant, at the property and go through the tenancy agreement and inventory.
You will then sign the contract at our office and the inventory at the property; at this point we will be in receipt of the appropriate deposit and first month’s rent and will hand the property over to you.
We will walk you around the property, going through the inventory – making sure that you are happy with the comments of condition noted.
If required, we will take additional photos so that if you notice an issue and want the issue noted, we have photographic evidence (for example, you might notice a mark on the carpet which you wish to be noted in the inventory).
We will read the meter readings with the you present, and also take a photograph of the meter readings (if possible).
