With the market currently strong and continuing to grow, the business is now beginning to feel the benefit. Although there are no plans to extend the business further, with the way things are going Ian quotes ‘never say never.’ The properties are predominantly in Sheffield, focusing on S10, S11, S6 postcodes but they do cover other surrounding areas including the east Peak District National Park.
